The 2006 Scaredy Cat is Done!
Well I'm finally done this year, with the 'Cat. Thank you everyone that made it and we missed some of you that couldn't make it! I have a list of a few people that I want to give special thanks. I'm going to have to sleep on it first. I have some rest to catch up on. We'll get some pictures and stories posted here soon! Thanks again, everyone! Danno

You don't stop riding because you grow old, you grow old because you stop riding.
Had a great time this weekend at the Cascade 150 and Scaredy Cat
events. Brad and I were running sweep on Saturday, but it was still a
fun day as we got up to no good in the forest
On Sunday I did the Scaredy Cat and had a great time. I actually enjoy
trying to find all the clues Dan puts around the forest, it makes you
think and plan your ride before leaving the start. Bill, George and I
were trying to get to all 11 of the clues. But we only managed 9 -
When we got to Niagra we meet Dan M, and hooked up with him for the
rest of the day (he had a GPS) -
We knocked out 5 of the clues and then noticed time was getting short
so came up with a plan to get the rest of the clues by splitting up
before days end, but it didn't pay off grrrrrr! - guess that what we
get for trying to be cunning sly foxes
Great job on the Scaredy cat Dan, Dawn, Sharon, Jim and Tom.
Here are my pix from the weekends rides.

git along little dawggies & dawgettes
Yeah, I think Dawn is right
lose the hat..
I always try to picture you like this
And in the background there is this song...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~WE WILL~~~ WE WILL ~~Saw You ~~~
it really helps me to not get all "sweep ed up" when I ride
Cause I am a thinking about midnight thirty
here will come Danno down the trail with this special
Tire removal tool
Fork straightening tool
Emergency surgery tool
so I pretty much take my flats off the trail somewhere
I don't want to get a post operative infection from
those 15 year old close pins he is carrying
with orange ribbon from the nineties...
Congratulations on a ride well done
sorry I had to work till 8 Friday and have to get up at 530 tomorrow
or I would have been there
REALLY
I did manage to put on a new rear knobbie, tube and R&R wheel
order a chain and sprocket set
and mark out another 1/4 mile of trail this weekend
so I won't wine too bad for missing a great ride
Wah!!!! Wah !!!,,, sniffle
OK ~ so I might whine a little bit ~~~
